公司簡介： 新鴻電子有限公司（NuRay Technology Co., Ltd.），簡稱新鴻電子，是一家源于北京漢鴻投資有限公司與XinRay Systems Inc.的中美合資企業(yè)。主要開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)基于碳納米管技術(shù)，可應(yīng)用于安檢、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域下一代高性能CT設(shè)備的分布式X射線光源產(chǎn)品，核心技術(shù)來自于清華大學(xué)及美國北卡羅來納大學(xué)教堂山分校，涉及納米、電子、真空、高壓、機(jī)械等技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。NuRay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT (Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. NuRay’s core technology originates from Tsinghua University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and covers a variety of fields such as Nano technology, electronic, vacuum, high voltage and machinery technology.新鴻電子所研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的新型X射線光源，改變了X射線的產(chǎn)生和利用方式，能夠從根本上改善X射線設(shè)備的3D成像性能，提高圖像清晰度以及掃描速度，并降低設(shè)備的維護(hù)成本。在碳納米管場致發(fā)射X射線光源技術(shù)方面，公司擁有20余項(xiàng)核心專利，并從母公司獲得了30余項(xiàng)相關(guān)專利的獨(dú)家許可，這些專利為公司的核心技術(shù)提供了全面的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，也使公司具有明顯的技術(shù)競爭優(yōu)勢。The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment. 納米材料場致發(fā)射多點(diǎn)（包括單點(diǎn)）X射線光源產(chǎn)品、零部件及其應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、安裝、維修、維護(hù)、技術(shù)咨詢、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓、技術(shù)服務(wù)及相關(guān)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)（不含國家統(tǒng)一認(rèn)可的職業(yè)證書類培訓(xùn)）；應(yīng)用軟件的開發(fā)和銷售；自營和代理各類商品及技術(shù)的進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)（不涉及外商投資準(zhǔn)入特別管理措施（外商投資準(zhǔn)入負(fù)面清單））。（涉及國家特別管理措施的除外；依法須經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目，經(jīng)相關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)后方可開展經(jīng)營活動(dòng)）
